NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles lost their defensive coordinator, Jim Johnson, to cancer yesterday, at the age of 68. Johnson, who had battled cancer before, had to give up his position when his melanoma returned, spreading to his spine.

Johnson, a 20+ year veteran of the NFL, leaves behind his wife, two children, and four grandchildren.
